Partner spotlight: Aimfox
Aimfox is an AI-powered social selling platform built for teams and agencies that run outreach across many sending accounts at once. It connects to OutboundSync as a beta, one-way integration, so the social activity you run in Aimfox can land on the right records in your CRM.
Who’s behind Aimfox
Aimfox was co-founded by Aleksandar Besarovic and is based in the United Arab Emirates. The company’s focus is social outreach — automating the repetitive parts of prospecting so teams can run more campaigns without more headcount, while keeping messages personalized.
What Aimfox does
Aimfox is built for multi-account social outreach. You can connect your own sending accounts or rent additional ones inside the product, then run Campaign Flows that handle connection requests, message requests, and premium messages. Replies come back to a Unibox so one person can manage conversations across many profiles. Templates can use AI variables, attachments, voice messages, and auto-translate, with A/B split tests to find what works.
That combination — multi-account sending, rented profiles when you need more capacity, and a shared inbox — is why agencies and GTM teams reach for it when social outreach has to scale beyond a single seat.
How Aimfox structures your data
Aimfox organizes everything around a workspace. Connected sending accounts sit under that workspace; campaigns attach an audience of targets and one or more Campaign Flows (connection-request with optional follow-up messages on accept, message-request for groups and events, or a premium-message path). Split tests assign each target to a single primary flow. Leads live in Leads CRM with labels and notes, and replies surface in the Unibox filtered by account, campaign, or label. Every touchpoint becomes an event: connection sent or accepted, message or message-request sent, premium message sent, reply received, profile viewed, and lead-label added — each carrying campaign, sender, and timestamp metadata. Those activity events are what OutboundSync reads and lands on the matching CRM record. Campaign created, started, or ended signals, and account connect or disconnect events, are not synced today.
On the automation side, Campaign Flows run gradually so accounts stay under platform limits, sequences stop when a lead replies, and AI variables plus auto-translate personalize templates without rewriting every step by hand. Zapier, Make, and n8n can react to Aimfox webhooks or push profiles into campaigns; Aimfox MCP lets AI agents pause or resume campaigns, label leads, work the Unibox, and pull campaign analytics. Reporting covers the in-app analytics control tower plus branded PDF and CSV exports of interactions and campaigns for agencies that white-label their workspace.
How it works with OutboundSync
You run your campaigns in Aimfox, and OutboundSync moves that activity into your CRM — one-way, in beta — so connections, messages, premium messages, replies, profile views, and lead labels land on the matched person your reps already work from.
