Frequently asked questions
-
How am I billed?
OutboundSync only bills for actual emails or messages sent. This does not include other event types (e.g. replies, opens, clicks, likes, follows). It also does not include warmup emails. -
Are there volume discounts?
Yes, as you scale your email volume the cost per email goes down. Companies who opt into annual contracts can qualify for custom pricing—contact us for more information. -
How does the HubSpot integration work?
OutboundSync is listed in the HubSpot Marketplace. Create an account and connect via HubSpot OAuth. OutboundSync must be installed by an administrator. If you use both HubSpot and Salesforce, we typically see users pushing to HubSpot first, then syncing to Salesforce with HubSpot's free Salesforce integration. -
How does the Salesforce integration work?
We integrate with Salesforce through an External Client App. See our single-page setup guide for details. OutboundSync must be installed by an administrator. For companies using a data warehouse (e.g. Snowflake), the typical workflow is to push to Salesforce and have the other tool pull from Salesforce. -
Is OutboundSync SOC 2 Type II compliant?
Yes. OutboundSync maintains SOC 2 Type II compliance. You can learn more at our Trust Center. For platform stability, visit our Status Page. -
Is OutboundSync an independent third party integration?
Yes. OutboundSync is a third-party, cross-platform integration tool by an independent company. We are not part of any of the companies we integrate with.
