HotHawk social events now supported
OutboundSync now supports HotHawk social events alongside its existing email events.
OutboundSync now supports:
- Social messages sent from HotHawk syncing to HubSpot and Salesforce
- Social messages received in HotHawk syncing to HubSpot and Salesforce
- Conversation tag changes in HotHawk updating lead category on the matched contact
HotHawk is now a hybrid platform in OutboundSync — email and social activity from the same workspace flow into the right pipeline automatically, with no extra configuration. Existing HotHawk email events continue to work exactly as before.
This means teams running multichannel outreach in HotHawk get the full picture in their CRM: emails, social replies, and tag-driven status changes all landing on the right contact without manual exports.
