OutboundSync now supports SalesRobot campaigns for HubSpot and Salesforce.
OutboundSync now supports:
- Receiving and processing SalesRobot webhooks for new person connected, new reply, campaign step executed, connection request withdrawn, and sequence complete events
- Mapping SalesRobot social activity data into standard HubSpot and Salesforce contact properties
- Automatically updating records in near-real time as events occur in SalesRobot
SalesRobot is a social automation platform that handles connection requests, follow-ups, and reply detection across sequenced outreach campaigns — without the manual cleanup that usually comes with running social outbound at volume.
This means every social touch in SalesRobot — connection requests, replies, sequence progress, and campaign step executions — lands in HubSpot or Salesforce automatically, without manual exports.
