Attio CRM integration now available
Attio is now a supported CRM destination in OutboundSync — in beta, one-way, and onboarded with our team.
If your reps live in Attio, outbound activity from your sales engagement platforms can now land directly on Attio person and company records instead of sitting in a separate tool. Here is what beta covers today:
- One-way outbound email activity can be synced onto Attio person and company records.
- One-way outbound social activity can be synced onto Attio person and company records.
- Teams can use the synced activity inside the lists and views they build in Attio. OutboundSync does not ship prebuilt lists or views in this beta.
- Attio onboarding is guided by the OutboundSync team while the beta expands.
Attio beta currently supports Smartlead, Instantly, Clay, EmailBison, Brevo, Reply.io, Lemlist, Aimfox, Drippi, HeyReach, Mixmax, SalesRobot, Salesforge, GetSales, Ken AI, SuperSend, HotHawk, and Master Inbox as direct integrations — plus Expandi, Salesflow, PlusVibe, and Ashby via Master Inbox. Salesfinity is not in this rollout.
This beta is intentionally lighter than HubSpot and Salesforce. It is one-way only, not self-serve, and onboarded with the OutboundSync team while we test and expand it.
How it works end-to-end
Setup starts in OutboundSync. Pick the sales engagement platform you want to send into Attio, then choose which events should flow through. “ALL data syncs to Attio” is the default — every approved event lands as a note on the matched Attio person.

Every supported event ships with a sample payload so you know exactly what will arrive before anything goes live. Each event is normalized into a structured shape — event type, timestamp, workspace, campaign, lead identity — that maps cleanly onto Attio records.

On the Attio side, companies show up the way your team already expects: a clean overview with domains, team, and standard Attio highlights. Outbound activity attaches without disturbing how you already use the record.

People records get the richer view. Every approved event from every connected platform — Instantly, HeyReach, Get Sales, and the rest — lands as a structured Attio note on the matched person. Reps see the full outbound timeline in one place without leaving Attio.

Open any note and you get the full event detail — platform, lead email, campaign, source URL back to the originating tool, and the message body itself. That is the level of context reps need to follow up without context-switching.
