Attio custom objects for outbound activity
OutboundSync now writes outbound email and social events to a single Attio custom object so you can filter, build views, and run workflows.

OutboundSync → Attio
Connect Attio as a Connected Account in OutboundSync and sync one-way email and social activity onto Attio person and company records. Each event writes a Note on the Person, and you can write the same event to an OutboundSync custom object — Attio's model for data that is not a person or company.
What the beta does
Attio is supported today as a real CRM connection in OutboundSync, but this beta is intentionally lighter than HubSpot and Salesforce. The focus is simple: get outbound activity onto Attio records cleanly, prove the workflow, and expand configurability as the beta matures. OutboundSync is also listed in the Attio App Store — read the App Store announcement for OAuth setup and ecosystem context.
Supported now
Attio beta currently supports the already-marketed platforms below. Salesfinity is not supported in this rollout, and exact event coverage is confirmed during onboarding.
Also supported via Master Inbox: Expandi, Salesflow, PlusVibe, Ashby.
Attio custom objects
Attio custom objects track data that does not fit People or Companies. OutboundSync writes one locked custom object named OutboundSync — one record per event after the Person Note — so you can filter activity, save views, and run workflows in Attio. Notes still write when it is off. Enable it on CRM Settings.
Custom object records are data you can report on, then group into lists or saved views for a process. Notes stay on the Person. OutboundSync does not ship prebuilt lists or views. It does not write to other custom objects. Setup is in the Attio CRM beta guide. For the walkthrough, see Attio custom objects for outbound activity.
Create or re-sync the custom object on Attio CRM Settings after Attio is connected.
How it maps
The current Attio beta is built around activity capture, not deep bi-directional configuration. That means faster rollout, lower conflict risk, and a simpler beachhead while the integration gets tested in production.
One-way outbound email activity can be synced onto Attio person and company records so reps can review it in Attio during beta.
One-way outbound social activity can be synced onto Attio person and company records so campaign context stays visible in Attio during beta.
One record per send or reply after the Note. Filter it, save a view, or drop it into an Attio list. Enable it on CRM Settings.
